Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Launcharr. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on paid plans.
1. Cancel Anytime
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@launcharr.io. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
2. No Refunds on the Current Billing Period
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle. After cancellation you keep full access until the period ends, but no partial refund is issued for time not used.
3. 48-Hour Goodwill Window
Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of your first payment on a plan are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email hello@launcharr.io from the address associated with your account and include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
4. Enterprise Plans
Refunds, cancellations, and renewals for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual agreement signed between Launcharr and the customer, which supersedes the terms above.
