Privacy Policy — Launcharr

This Privacy Policy explains how Launcharr ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Launcharr platform and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Data We Collect

Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Profile and product data: product URL, category, target user, problem statement, launch date, and any copy or scripts generated for your launches.
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser, and device.
Payment data: billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications: messages you send us, including support requests.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
To generate launch copy, scripts, and analytics on your behalf.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted third parties to operate the Service. Each provider is bound by its own privacy commitments and processes data only for the purposes listed below.

Supabase — hosted database, authentication, and file storage for your account and content.
Anthropic API — generative AI used to produce launch copy and scripts. Inputs you submit for generation are sent to Anthropic for processing.
n8n — workflow automation that orchestrates pipeline steps such as posting and outreach.
Paddle — payment processor and merchant of record for subscription billing, taxes, and invoicing.
Telegram — used to deliver optional real-time alerts to users who connect a Telegram chat.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with these providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and launch data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Export your data in a portable format.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality such as staying signed in.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
